Use the Data to Predict Behavior, Not Just judge People
The power of data is that it can be used to predict not just who you are or what you like, but also what you might do in the future. When people put their data-driven predictions to the test, they often find that they were right. This means that there may be a way to use your data to influence your behavior, rather than just judge people.
By predicting how you will behave, you might be able to avoid bad decisions and make better choices. This can be especially true for people with a lot of information to process, as they often end up making poor decisions because their attention is divided. By monitoring your data, you can make sure that your attention is where it needs to be every step of the way.
