The Nightmare of Being Real with Reality TV
Nightmares are a common occurrence in all people, but some have them more often than others. This could be due to a number of reasons, such as a recurring nightmare in childhood or having a traumatic experience in the past. Some people may also be genetically predisposed to having nightmares.
However you experience them, nightmares can be scary and nerve-wracking. They can make it hard to sleep, and they can make you feel anxious and afraid, even if you know that it’s just a dream. In addition to being terrifying, nightmares may also be unrealistic.
Because your mind is trying to process something—an incident that happened in your dreams—it may take several days or weeks for the story you’re telling yourself about the event to match up with what actually happened. This leads to feelings of anxiety and confusion, which can set the stage for future nightmares.
One of my many nightmares is Reality TV and it is my fault.
