If you’re struggling to make ends meet, you might want to start budgeting better and saving more. If you’re struggling to get ahead in your career, you might want to start working on your resume and networking. And if you’re struggling to maintain a healthy relationship, you might want to start practicing mindfulness. These are just a few examples.
