When a customer service representative goes out of their way to help you, it can sometimes come across as condescending or patronizing. It’s like they’re saying, “I know you can’t handle this on your own, so let me do it for you.”
However, if you must share your experience with others, remember to protect the guilty in the game. Wait before sharing and make sure not to name names.
